I've used the system for three seasons now, and we haven't missed a game assignment since. Yes, that's right, 100% of our games have been filled.
We have become the envy of the county in regards to soccer referee assignments in the intramural system (about 10,000 players and my 46 referees). My Refs like it because they can easily find open games that fit their busy schedule and mine.
